Tuesday night here, and it's been a busy couple of days for me, mainly due to a few appointments at the hospital. I'm 32 weeks 4 days pregnant today, and starting at 32 weeks I'm required to get twice-weekly NSTs to monitor the baby's growth courtesy of a two-vessel umbilical cord (technically there should be 3 vessels, but fortunately this isn't a huge problem). I also had some blood work done to test my anticoagulant levels (for the blood clot) and an OB appointment, and at this point everything looks good. Hey, I'm
home right?...so that means all is well enough for me to wait and relax at home for a few more days, at least until my next NST on Friday.

Our other guests for the afternoon were our neighbors. Jean came over by herself for a while, then her husband Shane and sons Josh and Zeke stopped by to help us finish off the food and get some iced cookie!
Jean and Shane adopted Zeke from China just over 6 months ago and he's an adorable boy who's active and sweet and likes to blow kisses.
Josh had participated in the Polar Bear Plunge earlier on the day of our shower, and was finally starting to feel warm again!
